Lines of Credit from $15,000 to $100,000.
Variable interest rate, adjusted monthly to reflect the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal.
The current interest rate for new Home Equity Lines of Credit is 3.25%.
Property must be owner occupied and located in Massachusetts.
Loan to value ratio not to exceed 80%.
Interest paid may be tax deductable. Consult with your tax advisor.
